I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to the Tirolean area and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent experience I had. The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding, especially considering my limited knowledge of the Austrian language. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The quality of the rooms and facilities was exceptional, and I could tell that the hotel is well-maintained. The highlight of my stay was definitely the food. The restaurant served delicious meals and the service was top-notch. I was also impressed by the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide range of options that exceeded all expectations. Another great convenience was having the option to have packed lunches prepared for us, perfect for our hiking trips. This hotel truly felt like a hidden gem, whether you're passing through the Inntal or planning a Tirolean holiday, I would highly recommend staying here.

Plus, we appreciated the cozy fire that was always burning in the lobby.

The food served in the restaurant was disappointing. We were expecting traditional Christmas dishes, but instead, the menu had items that weren't related to the holiday season like salads and grilled meat.
